Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission
• Liaise with brokers, lenders, and internal teams to gather required documents and information
• Submit loan applications to lenders and follow up on outstanding items
• Track application progress and proactively manage timelines to ensure smooth processing
• Communicate updates to brokers and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems with the latest application status
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or missing information to prevent delays
• Ensure all processing activities comply with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy

About You

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience in loan processing, credit support, or a similar role in mortgage lending (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing loan applications and documentation
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Familiarity with loan processing systems, lender portals, and compliance requirements (desirable)
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset to manage application progress efficiently
• Strong communication skills to liaise with brokers, lenders, and internal teams
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
