Key Responsibilities:
Diary, email & appointment management
General administrative tasks
Assist with entering leads into CRM and following up outstanding enquiries
Run morning update with team to ensure all deals and settlements on track
Manage referral fees and client gifts after settlement
Assisting with general marketing and social media tasks
Background in finance/mortgage broking or equivalent tertiary qualification will be well-regarded but not essential.
