Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary, email & appointment management
  • General administrative tasks
  • Assist with entering leads into CRM and following up outstanding enquiries
  • Run morning update with team to ensure all deals and settlements on track
  • Manage referral fees and client gifts after settlement
  • Assisting with general marketing and social media tasks

 

Background in finance/mortgage broking or equivalent tertiary qualification will be well-regarded but not essential.
